I definitely care about people's growth, both intellectual and emotional. That is a strong reason why I am pursuing a career in school psychology. The nature/nurture debate is a topic that I have found myself deeply interested in. As a school psychologist, I would like to further engage in this debate as I see children develop. I'd like to create and publish my own theory on it.

The faculty has been great. Kathleen Stetter took the time to reailze that I am more of a hands-on learner and helped me find ways to study and be successful. Dr. Laurence Carlin went out of his way to challenge both my analytical thoughts and writing. Dr. Lee McCann challenged and supervised me in my research, and he has become a friend. Dr. Simon Sibleman's attitude and approach to life have made me a better student, and, quite frankly, a better person.
