The best part of being a College of Business Administration student is the opportunity you get to interact with business professionals. The college offers connections to guest speakers, the faculty's business contacts and many internship opportunities that provide understanding of career types and professional goals.

Another great characteristic is being able to learn diverse perspectives. I have interacted with people from Russia, India, Pakistan, China, South Korea and Japan, just to name some. Their different views, teaching styles, discussions and creativity make an enjoyable learning environment.

Currently, I am an intern at Bemis Company, Inc. in the international logistics department. I did not realize I could gain so much knowledge in an internship - it is the best professional learning experience anyone can get before formally entering the career world. Through my internship, I'm working within the community, and I enjoy the experience of becoming a better student, professional and citizen of a larger world.

After graduation I would like to work in the marketing or international business field and continue my education by pursuing a graduate degree at UW Oshkosh.
